The product works, however I think the Gel is messy, can the product not be delivered in capsules, we have to respect the environment.

I find the container for the new washing liquid difficult to squeeze especially when bottle has about a quarter liquid left inside. When you take the top off it is in there but I am unable to get it out, liquid is too thick to squeeze. I prefer Aerial to other washing products but will try and buy the old bigger liquid bottles that I have used for the past few years. Thank you

Why on earth should anyone spend money these days on a `botle` whoich is hard to open and pay each time for a hard plastic top and put that in te washer as well. No more of this for me.

i recently brought 4 ariel excel gels as they were on offer at my local tesco store and i thought they looked good so i would give them a try. however i was not happy with the products. it claims on the bottle that 'brilliant cleaning from 15 degress' however after washing at 30 degrees when i unloaded my washing the gel hadnt melted it was still all over the clothes so i had to rewash them, this has happend on both the occassions i have used the product, i there fore am no longer using it and am very dissapointed.

I have just finished washing a delicate wash at 40c - the new concentrated gel failed to come out of the dispenser completely and some of it failed to dissolve - staying in a 'lumps' on the clothes. I hand rinsed the redsidue out and have found that the colour has come out leaving the fabric with lighter patches - very annoying particularly as I was perfectly happy with the ariel liquid which was,of course, much cheaper!

Tried to remove a small chocolate mark on a white blouse but it did not remove. I tried a second time and it still did not remove the mark. I am very dissappointed as Excel is expensive and might as well use cheaper detergents.

Having fallen for the advertising Brrrr I can only say GGrrrr Failed spectacularly to remove blood, coffee grass stains or muddy paw prints. Love to know what stains it does wash out.

This is my first use of Ariel Excel Gel , the container / packaging is so bad, as you must know by now , many will not buy again until you redesign the container from top to bottom. A less slippery surface to grip would also be logical . Having the "Which" approval is not the end of this story .

love new gel but don`t like lid/despenser as after doing one load, i pulled lid out with washing, and on my return from garden, stepped on lid and broke my foot. Six weeks on crutches! I think the lid is easy to miss when emtpying the machine. I hope nobody else has an accident!
