Not a happy bunny
Having sensitive skin I do not like to change my washing product. I have used ariel for over 40 years but had found stains were not coming out of clothes even when using stain removal products. Ariel excel came on the market and as Which was giving a good revue of the product I looked forward to trying it. Unfortunately I have been very unhappy with this product as I now very often have to wash my clothes twice over. I have a Miele washing machine which does not have a 15c setting, I use either 30c or 40c and occasionally wash on cold hand wash. I now find I have blue stains on my washing, this doesn't always notice on dark clothes but shows up especially on light clothes and in particular woollen and tee shirt type material, I then have some difficulty in washing this out.

How is Washing from 15 possible?
This product claims to wash from 15 degrees! How can this be as no washing machines the are in the shops have a 15 degree setting! I've been told there are cold washes but they are not often as low as 15 degrees! On a cold wash the gel seems to leave a deposit and a goo on the clothes so im forced to rewash on a hotter wash any way! Disappointed!

not as good as I imagined
I used this expecting the best as I always use Ariel Tabs or powder which I must add is always good. But this product does not live up to the expectations, instead of getting things clean on the lower cool wash I find I have to put in extra detergent items to get rid of stains.

disappointed
at first i was eager to try the product as my washing machine is a cold water only fill andthis product seemed ideal. on using it in a white wash which included a pair of light beige linen trousers, i found that where the liquid had touched the fabic it had left what i can only describe as bleach marks. whcih has left the trousers unwearable outside of the house! i realise that there is a colour alternative but i always find that these products do not have the same cleaning power

Disaster!
I am a great fan of Ariel liquid soap and was very keen to try the new Ariel Excel Gel. I have just completed my first and last wash at 40 degrees. The gel did not dissolve properly and left large bleached patches on my brand new sheets that did not respond to rewashing.

FABULOUS STUFF!
Only bought this because it was on offer in my local Morrisons. First time I used it i filled the cap and put in a full wash, the blue gel didnt wash out totally, i was a bit disappointed but on the second time I used half a capful of gel, it washed perfect on my sheets on a 30 wash. I must have just used too much of the stuff first time round. All in all it is expensive to buy but you do get loads of washes out of it, the tub says 18 washes but i would say ive had about 25 ish. Will buy again.

Very Disappointed
I started using Ariel Excel Gel as it was on promotion in my local supermarket. On using the product on my white laundry I found that serveral items were stained blue from the gel and so had to be re-washed. As I am on a water meter this has caused me extra expense and so I have decided to return to my original detergent.

exciting new producy
aerial gel fatastic cleaning at low temperature like the easy to use dispenser no messy washing machine dtspenser drawer save s on cupboard space used to use aeril liquid tabs but sometimes these stuck together if moisture got to them dont have that problem anymore really great product

dissappointed
cannot use container as not user friendly for someone who has rheumatoid arthritis, cannot squeeze the bottle to get gel out and no handle to hold onto.

exellent cleaning
I purchased the Ariel Excel tabs the cleaning was excellent but unfortunately on opening the box found the pouches had leaked ad so stuck together I was forced to use 2-3 at a time. Excellent cleaning power but worked out expensive!! Reluctant to buy the tabs again but will keep faith with Ariel Gel.
